Policies & Cancellations
All Good Brows services (excluding Permanent Makeup)
Require a 24-HOUR cancellation, change or reschedule notice. 50% fee of the booked services will be charged to the card on file for notices outside of 24-hours.
No Show or Same Day Cancellations and Changes
If you have two same-day cancellations or no-shows, and your card on file is not able to be charged, you will need to pay your outstanding cancellation fees before you can book another appointment.
New Permanent Makeup Services
Require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Deposits are due at time of appointment booking.
New Powder Brows services include one complimentary touch-up appointment.
Complimentary touch-ups must be scheduled within 8 weeks of the initial appointment to avoid an additional fee.
Powder Ombre Brow Touch-ups between 9 -12 weeks are $50. Touch-ups after 12 weeks begin at $100+
All permanent makeup services require a 24-hour cancellation, change or reschedule notice.
Cancellations, changes or rescheduling after 24-hours will result in a $50 fee.
If you decide not to have the Powder Ombre service your deposit will be used as a credit towards services or/and product at Good Brows LLC,
Good Brows services greater than 20 minutes have a 10-minute grace period. 15-minute services have a 3 minute grace period. Arrival outside of the grace period will result in rescheduling, and a 50% cancellation fee for the booked services will be applied to card on file.

These policies allow us the opportunity to alert our stand-by clients of any openings--which allows us to provide the best personal services possible for each Good Brows customer.
