As the world adjusts to the impact of COVID-19,
Good Brows is being guided by the recommendations of the CDC, WHO and other leading health organizations.
Although we have all been through a lot over the last few weeks and months, we now look forward to resuming services in a safe and healthy way in this new COVID environment. As always, Sanitation and Infection control continues to be a Good Brows priority.
Good Brows will be remaining in Phase 1 until the virus is more contained.
We are performing all services except those that require your mask to be removed, i.e (lip, chin and full face waxing--excluding brows). Per the state guidelines, clients must keep their masks on at all times while in Good Brows.
We understand your concerns, and have prepared our business for your return. The safety of our staff and clients is paramount to us. The following lists our efforts in this behalf:
Cleaned and disinfected all surfaces and implements.
Removed any non-essential items throughout our business.
Maintain contactless methods of scheduling. You can call, text or email (email@example.com) all appointment / rebooking requests. We will no longer book in-person appointments.
Maintain appropriate PPE to be used during all services.
Discontinued the practice of hand shaking and other non-essential contact.
Re-trained our staff on essential infection control and hand hygiene practices.
Disinfect high-touch areas--including the restroom--every 30 minutes.
To ensure a safe reopening, we will be following all protocols based on the recommendations of the CDC and OSHA. Additionally, we are vigilant in following the activities of these agencies regularly so that we remain up-to-date and current on any new guidance that may be issued.

We have temporarily limited access to our Waiting Room.
We ask everyone to come to the Good Brows Salon only at the time of your appointment, and respect all social distancing requirements upon arrival.
Per state recommendations, clients are required to wear a mask over their nose and mouth to, and during, their appointment. The mask must be left in place throughout your visit.
Mandatory hand sanitation is required when entering the office.
A touchless thermometer will be used to gather temperature prior to entering the office. If a temperature of 100F or higher is detected, the client’s services will be rescheduled.
Clients will be screened as regards their health. Anyone with symptoms will be rescheduled.
Please enter the salon, only, at your appointment time.
Please DO NOT bring anyone/guests to your appointment. In the effort to maintain social distance, we cannot accommodate additional individuals.
Prior to, and after each client, the service area will be disinfected.
It is important to be on time for your appointment in order to: (1) reduce the number of clients waiting in the salon; and (2) to allow adequate time so your service does not have to be rushed and so that we can properly clean in-between clients.
You will be asked to reschedule your appointment if
(a) you are not feeling well,
(b) have come into contact with someone not feeling well or who has covid-19,
(c) had exposure to covid-19,
(d) if you are coughing or appear to be sick, your appointment must be rescheduled.
Below is a Precautionary Coronavirus Liability Release Form everyone will have to fill out before their appointment.
Due to the 2019-2020 outbreak of the novel coronavirus, COVID-19, we are taking extra precautions with the intake of each client, health history review, as well as sanitation and disinfecting practices. Please complete the following and sign below.

_________ I affirm that I, as well as all household members, have not traveled outside of the country, or to any city outside of our own that is or has been considered a “hot spot” for COVID-19 infections within the last 30 days.
I understand that this business (Good Brows LLC ) cannot be held liable for any exposure to the virus or any other contagion caused by misinformation on this form or the health history provided by each client.
Your Good Brows and its employees agree that they abide by these same standards and affirm the same. We also affirm that we have improved and expanded our sanitation protocols to more thoroughly fight the spread of COVID-19 and other communicable conditions.
By signing below, I agree to each above statement and release Good Brows LLC from any and all liability for the unintentional exposure or harm due to COVID-19.
